Brussels Brava Sauce
At the end of the 2000s, the ketje worked for two years in a restaurant on the Spanish beach in Marbella. He then discovered that Andalusians don't have Andalusian sauce to go with their fries. They eat patatas bravas: a kind of “Andalusian fries”, served as tapas. Now, Brussels Ketjep offers Brava sauce with a Belgian touch. The taste of Andalusia boosted by the spicy patatas bravas.
