Chilli Chan's Sesame Soy Noodles
 
Sun-dried, knife-cut noodles with a creamy, sesame-soy sauce.
These noodles are knife-cut, then sun-dried, unlike common instant noodles which are deep-fried. The sesame-soy sauce is nutty and well-rounded: a bit sweet and a bit savoury.
 
To make the noodles, simply boil and mix with the sauce. Your meal is ready in just 3 minutes!
