Cold Hand Winery Ribes Nigrum

 

Ribes Nigrum is a semi-dry sparkling wine made from Danish organic blackcurrants. The wine is bottle fermented the traditional way. First, the blackcurrant juice is chaptalized and cold-fermented. The wine is then bottle-fermented for 6 months, hand-turned in racks and finally disgorged.
