Honest Umami Chilli MSG Flavour Boost

Generally speaking, hotter is better. It's true of the weather, it's true of coffee, and it's definitely true of food. Honest Umami's Chilli blend brings the heat – and some savoury umami richness with it.
We mix punchy cayenne pepper for heat, dried chilli peppers for fragrance and regular chilli powder for its midnotes. The result is a layered heat that builds gently as you eat. It won't blow your head off, but it creeps up on you and will leave your tongue tingling.

Particularly good with eggs, in a chilli con carne, or on chicken wings.
