Visually reminiscent of northern Italian white wines, this perry is pale, crystalline clear, and its pretty aromas of sweet meadow flowers, incense perfume and freshly cut pear. Beautiful patterns of barrel notes, candied lemon, fresh fruit. Serve cold and as an aperitif before settling in to a meal.
