Nuri’s sardine pâté could be the one if you’re looking to recapture Portuguese holiday vibes. It’s a delicious recipe featuring the same ingredients you find in the cannery’s famous tinned sardines: cloves, laurel, tomato and, of course, the best sardines from Matosinhos fish market, near Porto. On bread, crackers or cucumber slices, you’ll be all set.
