Produced in Jaen, Andalucia, this dark green oil has an intense aroma of green fruit (apple and banana). Green grass & olive leaf notes appear on the palate, with a balanced medium low bitterness and peppery finish. A very pleasant & harmonious olive oil with freshness reminiscent of aromatic herbs.
