LOCAL DELIVERY

If you're within a 4-mile radius of LS2 7DY, we offer convenient door-to-door delivery. Via bike courier where possible (withing 2-3 mile radius) and by car if not.

100% of the delivery fee goes directly to the courier. Local deliveries are made every Friday between 12:00 and 6:00 pm, and to ensure delivery within the same week, please place your order by 4:00 pm on Thursday.

If you won’t be available to receive your order, please let us know a secure location where we can leave your items.

Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery.

NATIONONwIDE DELIVERY

We offer nationwide delivery through UPS.

For orders placed between Monday and Thursday by 4:00 pm, your items will be packed and shipped the following day. While most packages arrive the next working day, delivery times are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided with each order.

Please note that we do not pack orders between Saturday and Monday. Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Thursday will be packed the following Tuesday, with an estimated delivery on Wednesday or Thursday.

We take great care in packing items to ensure they arrive safely. However, breakages can occur, particularly with glass items. If there are any issues with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Orders over £80 qualify for free delivery.

COLLECTION IN STORE

Place your order online, and collect it in-store at your convenience.

Orders placed by 10:00 am on our open days are typically ready for same-day collection. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready to pick up.
